Tree Dedication Scheme
For each new student who signs onto the Diploma in Coaching Practice course, Coaching and Mentoring International will plant a tree.
The benefits of this are twofold:
- Although none of the products or services we offer have a harsh environmental impact, we are concerned that we minimise the impact that our operations have on the world around us. Planting a tree helps to minimise the impact of producing the course materials that a new student will receive. We already take care to use products from a sustainable resource, as our environmental policy describes.
- A tree grows when its nurtured and cared for, so do people. Coaching has a big impact on how we choose to live our lives, and many who have trained with us describe their training in personal - as well as professional terms. A tree is a neat symbol of this - without making us sound like “tree huggers”.
We are supporting the Woodland Trust with their Tree Dedication Scheme.
