Coaching and Mentoring International teaches and practices non-directive
Coaching.
Coaching and Mentoring International was created in November 2005
from the merging of The UK College of Life Coaching and College
of Executive Coaching.
The UK College of Life Coaching was formed in March 2001 when Barclay
Corporate Consulting Ltd agreed to fund and resource the research
programmes and development work of a number of experienced, talented
coaches who wanted to establish a Centre of Excellence
for coaching and develop the profession for the future. As a membership-based
organisation, Coaching and Mentoring International is governed
by an Executive Council, which supports all aspects of the organisation’s
operation and development.
A Head Office Team supports the Executive Council, Students, Coaches,
Exchange Leaders, Mentors, Tutors, Assessors and activity specific
Directors.
