When will a regulator be coming onto the market, and will we be
regulated?
Standards for the coaching profession are already being developed,
and we have played a part in shaping these standards. We are confident
that the training we provide will actually exceed the minimum requirements
of compulsory regulation. We are always working to innovate our
training and ongoing learning opportunities for coaches to ensure
that we are consistently training to the highest standards.
How many people have you trained, and how many graduate?
Coaching and Mentoring International was founded in 2001, when
it was called The UK College of Life Coaching and College of
Executive Coaching. Demand for our courses has grown steadily
over time, and we now offer monthly mid week and weekend training
opportunities, as well as the opportunity to train around the
world.
We maintain an average graduation rate of 84% within the first
year of study. Most people complete their studies within a year,
but inevitably there are a few who request extensions, who then
carry on to complete their studies.
