With members spread throughout the world and around the UK, its vital that there’s an on the ground support network for trainee and practising coaches, which is why Coaching and Mentoring International offers a network of Regional Exchanges.  Usually held monthly, Regional Exchange meetings discuss a range of coaching related issues as well as business development and marketing opportunities and are a critical part of every coaches everyday practice.  It’s not just work, work, work though ... whenever coaches  gather together there is always a tangible buzz of excitement and the sound of laughter!
