Coaching and Mentoring International recognise that with experience comes greater understanding and wisdom of coaching and its application.
This experience and skill is recognised by the awarding of Senior Coach status to members who can demonstrate their experience and practice, enabling them to use this new status to further build and support their practice and place in the professional community.
Eligibility
Coaching and Mentoring international will invite coaches to
become Senior Coaches on the following criteria:
- Accredited member with three years of continuous membership
- Completion of over 300 hours of paid coaching in three years
- Submission of two years worth of Continuous Professional Development portfolios, and evidence of regular CPD activity.
