Coaching & Mentoring International
was created with the aim of building a Coaching
Study and Research organisation with integrity, credibility
and longevity. One of the ways which this can be measured
in ‘real terms’ is in the financial value
the organisation achieves when it ‘floats’ on
the Stock Exchange or achieves a ‘partial private
placing’.
The principle
of the Capital Bonus Scheme (CBS) is based on the end
goal of the 10 Year Plan - the ‘flotation’ of
Coaching & Mentoring International. As well as the obvious ‘real term’ capital
benefits that flotation or private placing will create,
it will also bring our profession to a much wider audience
and enable us, as coaches, to grow our business still
further, have a wider audience reach and a greater impact

You have probably already encountered coaching programmes
such as Magic, and heard reference to similar programmes
which are being developed.
It is the Members
of Coaching & Mentoring International - you - who are creating this exemplary
global practice with us. It is your dedicated hard work,
intellect, effort, commitment and reputation which is
being invested in Coaching & Mentoring International to do this. It is these
efforts which will be rewarded through the Capital Bonus
Scheme.
The fruition
of Coaching & Mentoring International’s initial 10 Year Plan will be flotation
or private placement. This will deliver not only financial
and business development benefits to coaches, but will
make Coaching & Mentoring International Members shareholders in the business which
they have helped to create and shape.
How to get involved
As a member
of Coaching & Mentoring International you are already involved. You can increase
your involvement - and subsequent reward - by working
with us to accrue equity credits. There is no limit to
the contribution you can make, and the equity which you
may receive as a result.
Coaching & Mentoring International
allocates equity credits for various activities which
are undertaken by its members on behalf of Coaching & Mentoring International.
As an Equity Partner these include delivering complimentary
coaching sessions to potential students of Coaching & Mentoring International through Meet the College events, referrals you make who
then become students as well as other performance related
activities. As an Equity Partner this includes development
and donation to Coaching & Mentoring International of programmes such as Magic.
At flotation
or private placing, your balance of equity credits will
be translated into options which can be maintained or
sold, as you wish.
As a member
of Coaching & Mentoring International, you are already registered for the Capital
Bonus Scheme, and records are kept of equity credits
you have accrued*.

of Conduct.
