This is a comprehensive policy to cover you for public and products
liability, professional indemnity and malpractice cover.
Providing that you can sign the declaration confirming that you do not know of any claims the policy will give unlimited retroactive cover.
The cover for qualified Coaches will be a Limit of indeminity £2,500,000 any one claim and in total in the period of insurance in respect of
malpractice/professional indemnity/public liability Legal defence costs are
inclusive.
The policy is on a claims made basis, which means that cover applies when a claim is made against a Coach irrespective of the date of the incident. Upon signing the declaration, the coach will receive full retroactive cover.Included is a Legal Helpline for both business and domestic maters - Premium £46.50. The Limit of indemnity can be increased to £5,000,000 for an additional premium of £28.00.
The cover for students in training will be a Limit of indemnity
£1,000,000(otherwise as above) - Premium £28.00
All cover is subject to no reported incidents within the last 3 years.
