- Questions used effectively to move the client forward.
- No evidence of coach advising, telling, problem solving. Permission asked for creative thinking.
- Appropriate use of voice and language i.e. tone, pace etc.
- Is TGROW model being used to keep session on track? Is commitment check done at end?
- Good timekeeping, summarising of goals done by client, positive close to session.
