for the completion of the course.

telephone tutorials that you will need to listen to. You will also find forms
that need to be completed following your practical coaching
sessions and telephone tutorials. We have included
some examples of reflective essays provided by Coaches; which
they submitted to gain their accreditation. These should
prove useful in understanding the requirements for your
own essay. A recommended reading list is also available.
