Enterprise is designed to be delivered over a 12 week period within your organisation. This is usually one session, once a week, covering the range of aspects singled out for development.
Enterprise is delivered by professionally qualified and accredited coaches. The details of the delivery are completely at yours and the coaches discretion. You may choose to complete the whole course face-to-face, you may choose a telephone (distance) coaching approach or you may opt to take a hybrid programme of face-to-face and distance coaching.
