The personal activity pack is complemented by an informative presentation, with the aim of developing a greater level of personal awareness, knowledge of work life balance issues and creating a personal action plan for sustained positive work life balance in the future for all the delegates.
The workshop is fully interactive and conducted at a pace suitable for the group. The activities mentioned are paper based and designed solely to help each individual look at their current and ideal work life balance, and how to move towards it in a way that is beneficial for both individual and organisation.
