Coaching & Mentoring International - Stateside
Coaching & Mentoring International began its growth in America in October 2004. Principal Pam Richardson travelled to Colorado to meet with a host of America’s most influential coaching figures including Dr Michael Arloski.
A working partnership has since evolved, and we are now developing awareness and standards throughout the profession globally, through offering quality training and the support of a large membership organisation.
Since then, we have run a Diploma in Coaching Practice course and MAGIC training in New York, and established 4 U.S based Coaching Exchanges.

Core Training - Diploma in Coaching Practice
A two day residential course offering a comprehensive introduction to coaching theory and practise, supported through private study of additional subjects and through regular practical coaching sessions and mentoring. You will receive further support and mentoring assistance as you begin to develop your own coaching practice through an introduction to marketing and your ongoing learning through Continuous Professional Development.
